Being a project manager, it is your responsibility to keep your
project progress on track, all the time.
To be a successful project manager, you must be able to balance
project deadlines, the quality of work and the budget.
These things can be stressful for managers even for simple projects,
and this is the time where perfect project management skills play a vital
role.
