Orangescrum Product Update All New Kanban is here

Over the past few weeks, we’re observing how our users using the tool. Based on customer feedback& our observations, we have released a more simplified Kanban. 

With Kanban, you can view all your tasks across all statuses/stages in a single view.

Then what’s new in this Kanban? 

• Color based status column to quick recognize task statuses
• Add a quick task to New status
• View all the tasks of any task statuses on a single view without scrolling the page
• Add a new Kanban column/new custom task status directly from the Kanban page
• Mark a task to your favorite tasks
• Know subtask or task dependencies from the Kanban 

Similarly, we redesigned the Sprint board and Task Group Kanban view as well.

Along with this update, we’ve change the design of “Create New Task”.  We hope you like it!

Orangescrum Product Update: Manage Quick Links & Customize Your Left Menu

Hello Orangescrummers! Here’s another good news for you all our cloud edition users. Now adjust Orangescrum to your expertise and needs by its ‘Quick Links’ & ‘Left Menu’ features. Easy navigation and left menu customization are in your hand.

It's always amazing to add new features by considering customers' needs and what would be the best for them.

What’s New Now?

Previously the left menu of Orangescrum’s user account was pre-defined. That means you can’t make any change to that. Suppose you don’t want Gantt chart on your left menu. But still, you had to keep that as those things were pre-defined.

But now there’s no need to compromise.

You can customize your Orangescrum account as per your wish.

I am here to give you a quick view of Orangescrum’s March 2018 product update.

Unlike my previous articles, now you’ll get an idea how we encourage feedbacks and implement in Orangescrum. May be you can see your idea got implemented in Orangescrum?

Set right priority for your Project

One of our user Tricia requested us through “Feature Request”, why can’t be there a “Project Priority” of projects?

Tricia asked, “while each task has a priority, there is no way to tell what your highest priority projects are, as a project can have a task of various priority, but that is not indicative of how important the actual Project Priority is”.

She is absolutely right & a good suggestion as well; you’ll agree too!

We reviewed this and added immediately to our Cloud edition.

So how you can set priority of your project? 

You can set the priority of a new project as well as all your existing projects in OrangeScrum.

To set the priority of a new Project;

• Click on “New Project” from Quick Links or Menu or + icon
• On the Create New Project pop-up, you can see the priority option at the top right corner. 
• Select your priority from “Low, Medium, High” and create the project with all other information.

New “Recurring Task” Feature for SaaS Edition

Automate repetitive work and be productive with Recurring Task
